Usage Obligations
Access to the Vooz Platform and Service does not require mandatory registration. However, certain features may require an account. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must not use the Platform or register for an account. Misrepresentation of age may result in account suspension or termination. Vooz does not independently verify the age of its users.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Anti-Harassment and User Safety
Vooz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, and abuse. By using the Service, you agree not to transmit threatening, offensive, or unsolicited sexually explicit content, nor to continue contacting a user who has asked you to stop.
We reserve the right to investigate reports and immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user found violating this policy, without a refund. We strongly encourage users to block and report any abusive behavior using the tools provided on the Platform.
Payment Fees and Third-Party Payments
If you purchase any Services, you agree to pay all associated fees, including applicable taxes. You must also adhere to relevant third-party payment service terms. Vooz is not responsible for unauthorized third-party purchases resulting from theft or the inadvertent exposure of your information.
Refund Policy
All purchases of Vooz Diamonds and other digital features are considered purchases of digital goods that are delivered instantly upon completion of payment.
Because these digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
However, refunds may be granted at Vooz’s discretion in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Accidental duplicate purchases • Verified technical errors that resulted in incorrect charges • Unauthorized transactions reported promptly by the account holder
To request a refund, users must contact Vooz support within 7 days of the transaction and provide the email address associated with the purchase along with the transaction details.
Vooz reserves the right to deny refund requests if the purchased Diamonds have already been used, transferred, or if the request appears to involve abuse of the refund policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

User-Contributed Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to the Vooz Platform. Vooz reserves the right to monitor, remove, or refuse to distribute any content that violates these Terms. By using the Platform, you may be exposed to potentially offensive or inappropriate content. Vooz is not liable for any content-related issues, including errors or omissions.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Vooz respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement according to applicable laws, including the DMCA. Repeat infringers may have their accounts removed. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us with the required information.
User Content Rights and Licenses
You retain ownership of your content uploaded to the Platform, but you grant Vooz and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
Ownership of Vooz Content
Vooz retains all rights to the content related to the Platform and Service, including all intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce or distribute Vooz Content without prior written approval from Vooz.
